Service

Lead CRM (“Service”) is a web application that lets you manage business contacts and send or sync email through the Gmail API using your Google account.

Operator

The Service is operated by Damian Gąska. Contact: prawdziwyek.damian@gmail.com.

Account

Access requires a Google account with Gmail and consent to the requested OAuth scopes. One Lead CRM user maps to one Google/Gmail account.

Your responsibilities

• Comply with applicable law, including electronic communications rules.
• Do not use the Service for spam or unlawful messaging.
• You are responsible for content sent from your own Gmail account.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery of every message by Gmail.

Changes

The operator may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on the Service website.
