Lead CRM
Lead CRM is a web application for B2B lead generation and outreach. The official application name is Lead CRM — the same name configured on our Google OAuth consent screen.
Purpose of Lead CRM
Lead CRM helps users manage sales projects, companies, and contacts (leads), send outreach email from the user’s own Gmail mailbox, and detect replies and delivery failures. Lead CRM does not replace Gmail; it uses Google APIs only with the user’s consent.
What Lead CRM does
- Organize projects, companies, and contacts in one CRM workspace.
- Send email that the user composes in Lead CRM through their own Gmail account (OAuth scope gmail.send).
- Sync replies, follow-ups, and bounces related to those contacts (OAuth scope gmail.readonly).
- Store CRM data per Google account; OAuth tokens are stored only on the server and encrypted at rest.
Why Lead CRM requests Google user data
Lead CRM requests Google user data only to provide these product features. We do not use Google user data for advertising or for training unrelated AI models.
- openid, email, profile — sign in and identify the Lead CRM user.
- gmail.send — send messages composed in Lead CRM from the user’s mailbox.
- gmail.readonly — read mailbox data needed to detect replies and delivery failures for contacts stored in Lead CRM. We do not request the full mail.google.com scope.
